Updated: Nov 10, 2023

Martin Music Management is the US-based recording artist & music producer career management company founded by award winning music manager and creative career strategist R. Wayne Martin. Launched in 2013 (originally as Martin Artist Management),

Brand New Website

In the dynamic world of web design, my collaboration with Wayne of mthree has been a highlight of the past two years. Our collaborative journey began with the task of updating to commemorate 10 years. The result? A revamped website that not only pays homage to the past but embraces the future. Multiple functionalities were seamlessly integrated, including a dynamic news page, a dedicated feature for Wayne's podcast, and individual pages for each of the producers — Adam Clark, Zak Jablow, and John Hiler.

As part of the website overhaul, we introduced a "Book a Consultation" page, streamlining the process for artists and collaborators to connect with Wayne and explore potential collaborations with Wayne (or) mthree.

Since the website transformation, we have continued our creative partnership with web management services along with working on multiple creative projects.

Podcast "Small Plates" Integration

Small Plates is a monthly podcast for an audience of aspiring professional musicians, career musicians, other types of creative performers, and the people that help them. Hosted by mthree’s founder and principal, veteran career strategist R. Wayne Martin, Small Plates provides actionable bite-sized strategies for career development and growth in each half hour podcast. Listen here!

Who Is Wayne Martin?

Many music industry executives migrate to Nashville, Tennessee to start their careers, but Wayne Martin, a veteran of the American music industry, launched his music career in Nashville as a local. Since that time, Martin as been awarded multiple gold and platinum awards as a key player inside the development of iconic careers, working with some of the biggest names in music and entertainment throughout North America and western Europe.

While still an undergraduate in the Music Business program at Nashville’s Belmont University and after a stint at Warner Bros on Nashville’s Music Row, Martin was recruited by the monolithic CBS Records as a burgeoning marketing representative for their roster of artists at Columbia Records, Epic Records, and nearly a dozen other corporate partners and imprints. He developed an eight year relationship with other executives and recording artists at the label where, rather than climb the corporate ladder, he consistently and unconventionally left one area of discipline to move laterally in order learn another. In a similar fashion, he segued from one genre to another, working with the biggest names in pop, rock, country, jazz and more as CBS Records became what is now known as Sony BMG.
