Country rockers Pryor & Lee are ready for a good time Right Now with the announcement of their upcoming EP set for a November 19th release on Black River Entertainment. As there is no time like the present, fans got a taste of what’s to come on the all-new six-song EP with the (09/24) release of the title track. The official music video for “Right Now” made its premiere on CMT Music
"For us, and I think for a lot of folks, ‘Right Now’ is timely,” said Kaleb. “To us, Country music is about a lifestyle. It’s about experiences, and this song reflects how we like to have a good time.”
Pryor adds, “I don’t care too much about going out and getting dressed up to have a good time. It’s just not me, to each his own, but we like to let loose and be out in the country with friends, big fires, great music, and good times.”
Kylie Rebecca and I had the privilege of filming this captivating video at the Leipers Fork Distillery in Nashville, Tennessee. The video for "Where The Whiskey Goes" by Pryor and Lee was shot in a single day.
Utilizing B-roll footage captured during our visit to the distillery, we meticulously crafted a one-of-a-kind lyric video that takes the audience on a journey through Pryor and Lee's day on the whiskey tour. This visual narrative beautifully encapsulates their experience, providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse of their adventure, as the lyrics unfold, the video immerses viewers in the atmosphere of the tour, offering a captivating and authentic portrayal of their journey, making it a truly engaging and unforgettable visual companion to the music.
We animated the lyrics using rotoscoping techniques to hide the lyrics in a clever way, and through meticulous attention to detail in both visuals and design, the video transports viewers to a time when vintage aesthetics were at their peak. The warm, sepia-toned color palette, combined with stylized fonts and graphics, evokes a sense of nostalgia and nostalgia reminiscent of classic films and old vinyl records.
